This includes

No verbal or physical abuse to any team member.

No alcohol / substance abuse.

No being rude to other guests (if by pure chance you know another guest and do not wish to be in their group, please speak quietly to a team member and we do our best to rectify this).

Treat all venues visited with respect.

Please remember to leave any venues quietly should they have neighbours.

Any breaches of these rules and you will be asked to leave the event

Terms and Conditions

No under 16’s permitted to attend a Shadow Hunters UK event (unless we hold a junior event).

No drugs or alcohol.

The safety of our guests is important to us, so if you do have any form of mobility issue, please check with us before booking so we know we can accommodate you.

Smoking / Vaping areas will be discussed in the briefing before the event as is prohibited in business venues.

Shadow Hunters UK accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal items.  If you have valuable items, please lock them in your vehicle out of sight beforehand.

Shadow Hunters UK accepts no liability for personal injuries.  Safety brief of fire escapes etc will be said in initial briefing.

We recommend bringing a torch and suitable dress code for the time of year of the event.

We cannot guarantee any paranormal activity at any event although each venue usually has some kind of history.

You may bring any personal paranormal equipment along to use, but it is your responsibility to ensure it’s safe keeping.

Shadow Hunters UK will notify you if there are any areas which cannot be filmed in at a venue, this is uncommon but we have to check.  

Shadow Hunters UK operates a no refunds policy or transfer of ticket without prior consent.

Shadow Hunters UK shares no information with third parties.

Our Terms and Conditions are non negotiable, once you have booked you have automatically agreed to these.

By accepting and agreeing with these you further indemnify organisers from and against legal liability in respect of losses, expenses obtained, legal liability in any form of claims and damages to personal belongings or people whilst on an event with Shadow Hunters UK.
